Capture the spirit of Janssen employees and their commitment to science, patients, and the Johnson & Johnson credo. 

The Passion campaign was developed to capture and celebrate the various tenants of Janssens culture, history, and ambition as a company focused on its people inside and out.

Produce a series of videos to highlight components of commitment and focus.

Working with our partners we crafted a series of five videos. The videos each focused on a core theme: History Heritage Future, the People and Culture of Janssen Immunology, Patient-Centric and Personal Connections, Science and Innovation, and at the core, Passion.
